Thanks Ken.

I reviewed them and pushed to GitHub, with two changes:
- Moved the identical #jsonWriteOn: in String and Utf8String to 
CharacterSequence.
- Collection >> #jsonWriteOn: Kept the original version, that can handle 
nested collections. If you think your version is better, let's discuss.
