I found the answer. Per

1. Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/pullAllRepos.sh to pull all git changes.
> 2. Open current image and do a Changes->Install new updates

Adding this to the Documentation would be useful, say in
https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev#table-of-contents , in
a section "Staying up to date" or something akin to that. Let me know if
you need a contrib for that README.
