[Cuis-dev] [FIX] TextEditor lacks a cmd-s shortcut

Hi all, Hi Juan,


The TextEditorClass lacks a CMD-shortcut to save/accept the changed 
text. This is inconsistent with menu displayed in the case of a
changed text. The menu even indicates that there is a 'S' shortcut.

Please find enclosed a change set, that fixes that issue.
