[Cuis-dev] Bug in the debugger

To reproduce:
1) Press cmd-. to open a debugger;
2) write something in the code pane (but don't save it);
3) close the debugger;
4) it will ask you if you want to close anyway with unsaved changes, press
yes;
5) a new debugger will open

This change set fixes the problem, but I'm not sure this is the best fix.
Perhaps we should change InnerTextMorph>>disregardUnacceptedEdits or
InnerTextMorph>>hasUnacceptedEdits:. What do you think?
