Just World / Open / FileList. Navigate the tree to 
Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/Packages or Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/Packages/Features or 
Cuis-Smalltalk-Dev/Packages/System. In the topleft entry field type 
'*test*' and accept with cmd-s. Select any of those packages and click 
[Install Package].

The you can browse the tests, run them, etc.
