[Cuis-dev] VM app name

[Ezequiel Birman]

It turned out to be simpler than I thought. The Pharo app associates with
the .image extension and it is a matter of changing that setting. I live in
the terminal and almost never use the Mac Finder, so I never saw this until
turning full-screen off.
