[Cuis-dev] full-screen mode

I like running Cuis in full-screen mode, but I put it in a separate monitor
from my laptop screen. I'm working in macOS. If I quit while in full-screen
mode and then restart the image, it always opens in full-screen mode on my
laptop. Is there a way to cause Cuis to open the image on the same
monitor it was on when I last quit or tell it never to open in full-screen
mode so I can easily move it where I want it before returning to
full-screen mode?
