[Cuis-dev] Tagging package for Cuis 7.0 - Change OMeta repository

Hi Michal,
I added a reference to your repo to Cuis-Smalltalk / Parsers. For the
time being, let's keep both. When we have feedback from Phil, and we're
sure, we can remove the one that's no longer needed.
