[Cuis-dev] Some testing with Mac user

Hi,

With the help of Michael, I have observed the VM on Mac does not returns 
the expected locale code. I want to collect a bit more information.

Mac users, would you mind downloading a DrGeo build and test some 
snippet code.

Please comment directly on the issue tracker, it will be easier to track
