[Cuis-dev] Proposal for new Cuis logo/icon

Hello, Stephen,
Golang is quite popular, and has the Gopher as a mascot...
I don't think Smalltalk's problems come from the Balloon, there are many
other reasons for that. Or, at least, that is what it seems to me. We lost
some chances on the golden days...
