[Cuis-dev] Turtle Graphics Package

Hi Mark

I think Benjamin wants to _do_ Turtle graphics.

What about this package

It is in a repository of Ken Dickey. Not sure if you can call that 
'abandoned'.

I do not know how much much maintenance that needs but it looks like 
something Benjamin can check out. If there are issues people on this 
list are surely ready to help.

I also remember having seen Pen implementations in other repositories as 
well.
