Hi Benjamin,


You can find the very last version of the historical Pen package at the 
experimental repository of the Dynamic Book project[1].  I also 
extracted there the related chapter of the "Smalltalk-80, the language 
and its implementation" book.

  A lot the package is working, some bits may not be functional though
