[Cuis-dev] starting Cuis in macOS

I pulled the latest version of Cuis from the rolling release and I'm
noticing a difference in macOS. Previously I could start Cuis either by
running the script RunCuisOnMacTerminal.sh from a Terminal OR I could
double-click the file CuisImage/Cuis7.3-6989.image. Now I can still do
both. However, if I start it by double-clicking the image file and then
drag the window to another monitor, it locks up and displays the hourglass
cursor. It does not do that if I start it from the script.

Can someone that uses a Mac and has multiple monitors tell me if the same
thing happens for you?
