[Cuis-dev] Method Finder

I've made a lot of improvements to my Cuis-Smalltalk-FindByExample package,
including adding a GUI. Check it out at
https://github.com/mvolkmann/Cuis-Smalltalk-FindByExample.

The GUI class MethodFinderWindow is a subclass of SearchBrowserWindow,
created by Mariano Montone. I did this because I wanted mostly the same UI
as SearchBrowser and this made achieving that easy. Thanks Mariano!
