[Cuis-dev] Strange bug in event handling

Hi Juan,

I have this strange bug where the wheel morph does not get the mouse 
button down event, prior to click and moving user action.

Installed the attached package, and do as described below:

"Execute this. Invoke the halo, then resize the whole morph,
then drag one of the wheel morph, the mouseButton1 event is not received
and an error is raised because of that"
