[Cuis-dev] Update on balloon text status

I don’t know if this is related to the changes I made last month… looking
at what Morph>>deleteBalloon does, I don’t see how it could fail to delete
the balloon. But if you send me an image where I can clearly see the
problem I can help you to find the cause.
