[Cuis-dev] Fix for MNU in popup menu

Hi Luciano,

This problem only happens because of a delayed send in a MorphicAlarm. 
Moved the check closer to the alarm response, so this is easier to see. 
It think code is a bit clearer this way. Just pushed it.
