[Cuis-dev] New packages section in the website

Hi folks! We’ve added a new mechanism to automatically register packages on https://cuis.st/packages. You’ll find instructions here <https://cuis.st/documentation/how-to-guides/additional-packages>

Remember that the packages section is focused on libraries and tools meant to be reused by other projects, not for registering projects themselves.
