Great idea.  Good to see this!

Perhaps this is also a good time to "cognitively refactor" some of our 
packages to make things easier to find.

I was thinking:

- A number of packages could move to CodeExamples
   + [from Morphic] Avitar, Bouncing Atoms, Dice, Pen .. [scavenge & 
delete Morphic]
   + [EnhancedText] Ropes [Then delete EnhancedText]
   + My Cuis-Smalltalk-IChing
   + [From UI-Tools->Depricated] MorphicPackager [Then delete Depricated]

- Move into Parsers
   + [From my Tonel Browser] STON & Tonel
   + RegEx

- Move into Graphic
   + Animated GIFs
   + SVG
   + Cairo

I am happy to do some of the refactoring above if folks find it useful.

Confusing in the short term, but ultimately helpful.
