[Cuis-dev] FunctionGraphMorph and Semantic Versioning update

Hi Ken,

FunctionGraphMorph is in the https://github.com/Cuis-Smalltalk/Morphic 
repo, in package Morphic-Widgets-Extras.pck.st.

Hilaire, you and others have moved some of that into Cuis-Smalltalk-UI, 
right?

Perhaps the same should be done with FunctionGraphMorph and maybe others.
