[Cuis-dev] FunctionGraphMorph and Semantic Versioning update

FunctionGraphMorph should certainly move to UI.

The clonePackageRepos.sh no longer clones the Morphic repo, so requiring 
'Morphic-Widgets-Extras' broke.

Hilaire, OK if I take a look at this?
