first of all, thanks much for all the work you (Hilaire, Juan and Ken)
have put in writing this book.

I wish there were a chapter on events handling. Not sure if in the
current book or in the following.

The #triggerEvent: and #when:send:to: protocol, and also how the
#addDependent:, #changed:, #update: protocol works and is used.

I was expecting to find that in the current book's event section, but I
found Morphic input events instead.
