My own feeling on this is that if a package has been adopted by Cuis 
(moved/merged under github/Cuis-Smalltalk) then that should be its 
"official" address.

I just replace the local repo with a README.md which redirects.

E.g.:
   https://github.com/KenDickey/Cuis-Smalltalk-Unicode
