This time I did not forget to strip the code.
Please note:
I only tested it superficially:
Seems to work, but the Morphs using the
VectorEnginePlugin have colorless halos;
especially the halo-icons all have a white
background. All other halos behave
nominally.

PS: Building this stuff is a bit annoying;
I had to patch VM-Maker again.
