[Cuis-dev] OpenIndiana update VectorEnginePlugin

 The VectorEnginePlugin was updated to version 4 in the following packages:

 runtime/smalltalk/cog-spur at 5.0.2967

 runtime/smalltalk/stack-spur at 5.0.2967

 and patchlevel 3 of squeak 4.19.6 has this plugin as well:

 runtime/smalltalk/squeak at 4.19.6,5.11-2020.0.1.3

 There is no easy way to see the version of the Cuis plugin,
 you just have to 'know' that cog 2967 has version 4 of the Cuis plugin.

 Perhaps the plugin could be packaged in its own package with its own version,
 like cuis-vectorengineplugin at 0.0.4 for example where 0.0.4 could indicate v4.
