[Cuis-dev] Error when loading CoreUpdate 4538 on both macOS and Win

Hello!
I hope you are all doing well,
After pulling the repo, preparing for Juan's upcoming talk I loaded the
latest CoreUpdates. I have a problem when loading update 4538 the image
gets stuck, and the VM starts to write .log files.
I had the same issue in both macOS (BigSur) and Win10, I tried with the
latest OpenSmalltalk VM, with no success.
I attach the log output of the error under macOS.
