[Cuis-dev] Error when loading CoreUpdate 4538 on both macOS and Win

Hi Ignacio,

Are you running a stock unmodified image?

If you are running an unmodified image from GitHub, I need precise steps 
to reproduce. I tried both loading all updates at once, and also loading 
them one by one from a FileList without trouble. Others were able do do 
it too.

If you are running an image that has some packages loaded and / or your 
own code, can you make that image available to me so I can debug it?
