[Cuis-dev] Enable state for pluggable button

Hi Gerald,
That's cool, we are several persons hacking to extend and to improve the
widgetery of Cuis. This reflect with the conversation we had a few days
ago with Ken regarding Morphic-Widget-Extra serie of packages[1].
