[Cuis-dev] Proposals for Community meeting!

Hi everybody. I don't usually participate in this group (though I'm one of
the very first users of Cuis University, thus a fan of Cuis). I very much
support Hilare's proposal and Hernán's answer to it.

I would like to participate on a recurrent Cuis meeting (aka stand up).
