I would then suggest to you that you are contributing to a more
"modern" community. Pharo perhaps? I heard they make everything better
(tm).

I think that Discord is the re-invention of the flat tire. Flashy,
unorganized, overloaded. It's a messaging service for gamers and is
tailored to that needs.

That's like replacing a nice chat in a coffee house with talking
about a topic in a load disco.
